Concept: Allstate Insurance had a stand: when you need it, you need the best quality insurance.

A long running and impactful campaign of delivering critical facts for drivers to stay safe on the road led to this concept.

If we want drivers to stay safe on the road, then why put our messages on roadside billboards, one of the distractions that cause accidents?

Outdoor is a key components of the Allstate media spend. The challenge was to find a way to keep using the medium and remain true to our position of safety first.

The solution was to only serve up our message when drivers are safe to read it: at a red stop light. Drivers can view the facts about distractions while safe to do so.

When the light turns green and the red goes away, so does our message.

Simple. Striking.
